Leadership plays a critical role in the success of our business. Our leaders are the motivators, the mentors, the learners, the communicators and the navigators, each having a huge impact on the experience of our employees, and responsible for developing high performing and engaged teams .

Over the past 12 months we have run a Leadership Development Program with our emerging leaders and middle managers, taking them on a leadership journey to unlock their leadership potential. We wrapped up the program with a session on change management by Sue Hurly followed by dinner and drinks, and an insightful talk from @MaxGarcia.biz entitled – Leadership, Loyalty and Maximising Performance.
