ANZ Kewdale - Perth

Here is one of our first installations of the new Opera product.  In this project we have a satin white external frame with a black internal frame and a fine, white-dot pattern opaque film applied to the glass.  The film offers a graded amount of opacity which gives it a particular look.A unique-to-Lotus feature is the panel hung passdoor, which allows the door to be located in the middle of the wall which allows DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) compliance and suits the room layout.  This wall offers a sound rating of Rw 44 but can be specified up to Rw 50.  Don’t forget these are Australian NATA lab certified test results.
