Nestled in inner Melbourne, the heritage listed Charsfield Mansion is the oldest home standing on St Kilda Road. The beautiful building has recently been developed into a luxury apartment complex, creating a contemporary backdrop that complements the original Charsfield Mansion facade in its foreground.

Lotus were engaged on this project by D-ARC to provide 100 Series Operable Walls in a Centre Stack configuration for the meeting room/office section of the mansion, and used a Baresque Carnegie Xorel Nexus 915 Woven Textile finish to complement the stunning lighting fixtures created by Darkon Lighting. Wonderful to see this combination of new meets old come to life, honouring the heritage elements and creating flexible spaces for many generations to come
