Directly adjacent to Central Railway Station in Sydney this A-grade office building has been designed to achieve a 4.5-star NABERS Energy rating, and its interiors are flooded with natural light. The meeting and conference rooms do not have a traditional set up but exist of smaller break out tables in some spaces with larger benches in other areas. The requirement to expand smaller rooms into one large space was achieved with the use of Lotus products.
