School designs are now recognising the need for spaces to cater to a range of individuals, foster a sense of connection and collaboration when desired, and privacy and quietness when required for optimal learning. Lotus Operable Walls and Acoustic Sliders were chosen for Hazel Glen College for this reason.
Our acoustic sliders open and divide spaces as required, but also provide the opportunity for brainstorming with our solid whiteboard panels. The Operable Wall provides the option for the space to be flexible for small or large groups. This variety in learning configurations helps better prepare students for real-world working environments, where you must learn to work with a range of people in a range of ways.
